The groom is the son of Richard and Denise Stroud of Pink Hill. He is the grandson of Carolyn Stroud and Annie Jones, both of Pink Hill.
A 2006 graduate of South Lenoir High School, and a 2012 graduate of Lenoir Community College, he is the manager of a sporting goods retailer.

The bride wore a white satin A-line gown with metallic embroidery that featured a chiffon split front overlay, lace embroidered cap sleeves, and a chapel length train. Her two-tiered tulle fingertip veil was embellished with a beaded stitched edge. She carried a bouquet of purple calla lilies and white roses accented with fern leaves.
